The Divine Exchange
Christianity is known as the Great Exchange. The substitutionary and vicarious death of Christ is the basis for this exchange.
1. Christ became poor that we might be rich. Our poverty was exchanged for his riches.
2 Corinthians 8:9 (KJV)
For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.
2. Christ was bruised that we may have peace
Isaiah 53:5 (KJV)
But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
3. Stripes were laid on Jesus that we may be healed.
Isaiah 53:5 (KJV)
But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
4. Christ became sin for us that we may become the righteousness of God.
2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV)
For he hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
Because of the divine exchange, healing, prosperity, salvation , deliverance and all the blessings of God are ours through Christ.
This is why the bible says,
Ephesians 1:3 (KJV)
Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ:
How To Appropriate The Divine Exchange

You see, God made Christ to become something for us.
1 Corinthians 1:30 (KJV)
But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
2. See Jesus as your substitute
3. Claim the promises of God in faith. Simple childlike faith will give you access to all that Christ died for. Lk.1:37
4. Give no room to doubt and fear
5. Stand strong against Satan, the adversary. Employ the name of Jesus to defeat him.
6. Pray prevailing prayers
