Ask, The Giver Is Faithful
Lk. 11:9-13; Jn. 4:24
God loves His children. He wants to relate and spend time alone with them. God is Spirit and he who wants to worship Him must do it in truth and in spirit (Jn. 4:24). True worship occurs when we come to God in complete sincerity and with a spirit that is directed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Each member of Christ’s glorious church should have access to worshipping God in truth and in Spirit. This is what the father seeks from His children (Jn. 4:23). You must worship God at the level of true worship which pleases God. The process of getting this done is through what Jesus revealed and made possible through the power of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit, you cannot worship God rightly. Jesus said that earthly fathers who are evil give good things to their children. Our righteous and good father will give the gift of the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him (Lk. 11:13). Ask Him for the full indwelling of the Holy Spirit. You will be given because the giver is faithful.
Point of Emphasis: The giver of the Holy Spirit is faithful, if you ask Him, you will receive.
Prayer Point: Fill me Lord to the full with the power of the Holy Spirit so that I can worship You in truth and in faith.
