DAILY BIBLE READING

Come And See

Jn. 1:39-46

When Jesus started His earthly ministry, some people came to Him to know where He was staying and He told them to come and see (verse 39). After they had seen God’s salvation, they remained with Him. Then Andrew thought he should not keep this experience to himself. He, therefore, told Peter, his brother. Jesus found Philip who later found Nathaniel and shared the gospel with him. But Nathaniel was an Israelite indeed in whom was no guile who asked whether anything good could come from Nazareth and Philip told him to come and see (verse 46). Christians who have really seen Jesus and are saved, should be bold enough to tell others to come and see what they are enjoying in Jesus.

Point of Emphasis:          Someone brought you to Christ, you need to bring someone to Christ also.

Prayer Point:                                     Lord, help me to have spiritual children in Christ, I will not be barren.
