Uncommitted Condemned
Matt. 25:24-32
Yesterday, our morning devotion was based on the two possible ways available for Christians to live. The fierceness of God’s judgment on the unfaithful necessitate the topic of this morning. What awaits you in the future depends on how committed you are to Christ and His Church now. No excuse will be valid enough for your inability to be faithful. As seen in our passage, the excuse tendered by the unprofitable servant was not good enough to save him from condemnation. Do everything within your capacity and depend on the Holy Spirit so that you will not be condemned. There is no room for those that are not faithful in Christ’s glorious church.
Point of Emphasis: Be profitable to avoid being condemned.
Prayer Point: Help me Oh Lord to be faithful in order not to be condemned.
