You Cannot Relate With Jesus And Be The Same

Acts 4:1-17

Having a relationship with Jesus usually brings wonderful transformation to one’s life. An ordinary person becomes extraordinary. Just at the mention of the name of Jesus by the person, demons, sickness and the Devil will tremble and flee. The person becomes a carrier of God’s power. God healed a lame man through the apostles after they had received the power of the Holy Spirit. The religious leaders were not happy with the development and wanted to stop them from preaching through threat. However, they were baffled at the boldness of Peter and the rest, knowing fully well that they were ordinary fishermen and uneducated people. Eventually, they got the clue for their boldness, which was that they had been with Jesus. They had been empowered by Jesus, and notable and undeniable miracles were being wrought through them. What a testimony. Go and shine for Jesus today.

Point of Emphasis: By relating with Jesus, ordinary fishermen became renowned world evangelists of their time.

Prayer Point: Lord, I have known You, transform my life and use me for Your glory.
