Be Nourished In The Word Of God

Ps. 119:89-106

There is no doubt, the word of God is settled in Heaven. It is this word that is the compass of believers on Earth. It gives us insight and leadings so that we don’t lose our bearing to Heaven. Our adherence to God’s word makes us to see life as God sees it, value what He values and love what He loves. Your life must centre around God’s word if you desire to know God. Delighting in the word of God will make you to live forever and not perish. It will quicken you not to forget the precept of God (verses 92-93). For a glorious church not to depart from God’s right judgment and refrain from evil, she must be committed to God’s word and be nourished through the word of God.

Point of Emphasis: Through the precepts I get understanding, therefore I hate every false way (verse 104)

Prayer Point: Help Me O Lord to be well nourished in Your word.
