Be Humble In Your Relationship

Lk. 22:24-30

Position yourself in a way that will not make you to regret at the end of your journey on Earth. Your aspirations, ambitions, and goals in life must not be characterized by pride or at the expense of others. True greatness is a thing of inner life that has to do with sincere humility (Phil. 2:3), a mind to worship God and serve fellow human beings. You must understand that greatness in life does not mean position, office, leadership, influence, academic or political attainment etc. It is having good relationship with your Creator, it is what we are before Him and not so much the things we do for Him. He values so much those with greatest love for Him and His revealed word (Rom. 12:1-2; Jn. 21:3). Our concern should be how to stand and have a good relationship with God in this hostile world. We must not jettison or abuse our position in seeking fame, power, wealth at the expense of eternal life.

Point of Emphasis: Don’t use your position to corrupt your good relationship with Jesus Christ.

Prayer Point: I receive a humble spirit to serve God sincerely to the end in the name of Jesus.
