Seeds Among Thorns
Matt. 13:7,22
There was no space for the seed to grow and germinate because of the existence of the thorns, which choke the life of the seed. The heart that receives God’s word among thorns is said to be heart that is beclouded by ungodliness, worldliness, human philosophies, etc. Believers should take away all these and empty their hearts before receiving the word of God in order to have good place in their heart to receive the word. Stony heart benefits no person.
Point of Emphasis: Take away all distractions as soon as the word of God is comes to you.
Prayer Point: O Lord, I refuse to be weighed down or be distracted in any form when hearing Your word.

LA SEMENCE PARMI LES EPINES
MATTH. 13 :7, 22
Il n’y avait pas de place pour la semence de germer et de croître a cause de l’existence des épines qui étouffèrent la vie de la semence. Il est dit du cœur qui reçoit la parole de Dieu parmi les épines qu’il est un cœur assombri par l’impiété, la mondanité, les philosophies humaines, etc. Les croyants doivent ôter toutes ces choses et vider leur cœur avant de recevoir la parole de Dieu afin d’avoir une bonne place dans leur cœur pour recevoir la parole. Un cœur de pierre ne profite à personne.
Point Essentiel : Ote de moi toute distraction aussitôt que la parole de Dieu me parvient.
Axe de Prière : Seigneur, je refuse de me laisser accabler ou distraire sous quelque forme que ce soit pendant que j’écoute ta parole.
