Like Dew From The Lord
Mic. 5:6-9
Many people around us are going through tough and harrowing times, just like the people of Israel experienced during the Assyrian invasion. God has raised up Christians in the midst of this trouble to relate to others to bring hope and succour. Christians are also being planted around those who go through such tough times; empowered to confront the enemy and his army, to deliver those who are oppressed and set the captives free. The Christian should be like the dew from the Lord, like showers on the grass in a dry and dusty season; bringing refreshing relationship into a crying world. For the Christian to be this effective, he needs empowerment from the Holy Spirit. Pray that the Lord will empower you to bring solace to those you relate with on daily basis.
Point of Emphasis: You need empowerment from above to be effective in your relationship with others around you.
Prayer Point: Father, fill me with Your Holy Spirit that I may become like dew from You to those around me.
