Love One Another

1 Jn. 4:10-12

Love towards others prevents or makes it impossible for one to do any form of evil against such people. Some Christians attend the same church or work together in the same place; even living within the same neighbourhood but do not greet or interact with one another. Some have disagreements but fail to resolve the matter; rather, they continue in their strife, malice, anger etc.  If God so loved us despite our sins, then there is nothing anybody can do to us that should make us hate him or her.  If we fail to love our brothers who we can see, how can we claim that we love God whom we do not see?  We are encouraged by Apostle John to love one another. It is expected of you having been chosen by Christ Jesus through love to pass the same agape love to others. This provides proof of our genuine salvation. You must demonstrate the love, not words alone but also in actions. Constantly remind yourself that “God is love”, You are required to share His love with one another and with the outside world.

Point of Emphasis: Love is the pinnacle of the Christian experience.

Prayer Point: Oh Lord, give me Your grace to show agape love which demonstrates the Majesty of the Christian life.
