A Holy And Living Sacrifice

Rom. 12:1-2

Any believer who fails to yield to the plea made by Paul in this text, Heb. 12:1-2, is making his or her way to hell fire. His plea is based on God’s mercy. It is in fourfold, namely: (i) you are to present your bodies to God as living sacrifices (ii) you must not conform to the world’s way of life (iii) since you are striving to perfection, you must continue to renew your minds and change your way of life positively. (iv) prove that you belong to God by doing His will. These four acts provide logical positive response to God’s grace. This is the greatest sacrifice you can offer to God.

Point of Emphasis:         And do not conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Prayer Point:                  Help me, Lord, to demonstrate what is good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
